Provision of Service ContractQuost is owned and operated by OnLineTour Pty. Ltd. and provides Web hosting and related products and services to the general community. Quost/OnLineTour and their customers have certain legal and ethical responsibilities consistent with the use of Quost/OnLineTour's Services and Products, and these are outlined in the Service Level Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Service Level AgreementQuost/OnLineTour offer certain guarantees in regard to Customer satisfaction and Service Availability, these are defined in the Service Level Agreement. AUP and T&CQuost/OnLineTour reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used, and/or if the customer is in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms and Conditions. Quost WebHosting and related services are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms and Conditions. These agreements represent the complete agreement and understanding between Quost/OnLineTour and the Customer and supersede any other written or oral agreement reached. Privacy PolicyThe Privacy Policy ensures the privacy of information provided to us. Changes and AgreementQuost/OnLineTour may modify the Service Level Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, amplify them, and/or modify prices and charges, as well as discontinue or change the services offered. Quost/OnLineTour reserves the right to modify the Service Level Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions at any time. By placing an order and using Quost/OnLineTour products and services you accept and are bound to the Service Level Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. |
